Reset Your Password

Password Recovery Options

If you've forgotten your password, we've got you covered. Choose the best way to reset it:

Reset with PIN (Recommended)

Use your 6-digit security PIN to reset your password immediately — no email or support needed. Two-factor authentication will also be disabled, so you can set it up fresh after regaining access.

Forgot your PIN? You can change it under Account Settings → Security PIN (requires login). If you can't log in, use the support option below.

Avoid simple patterns like 123456, 111111, or repeated digits — they will be rejected.

Contact Support

If you've forgotten your PIN, submit a support ticket. A staff member will verify your identity and generate a reset link for you.

After approval, retrieve your reset link on the Check Reset Status page using your email and a new PIN.

Password Requirements

Your new password must meet these security standards:

At least 8 characters long
At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
At least one number (0-9)
At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)

Common Issues

PIN not working?

  • Make sure you entered the 6 digits correctly
  • Check that you're using the email address associated with your account
  • After 5 failed attempts, your account will be locked — use the support option to recover

Strong Passwords

Use a unique, complex password that's hard to guess. Consider using a passphrase instead of a single word.

Use a trusted password manager to generate and store strong, unique passwords for all your accounts.

Two-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security by enabling 2FA on your account. Note: resetting your password via PIN will disable 2FA — you'll need to re-enable it afterwards.

Remember Your PIN

Store your 6-digit security PIN in a safe place — a password manager, a secure note, or a physical location. You'll need it if you ever forget your password or lose access to your authenticator app.
