What Is the Guestbook?

Every user profile on VoltVerse includes a Guestbook tab. This is a public space where other authenticated users can leave short messages for the profile owner. Think of it as a digital guestbook or a quick way to leave a friendly note.

• Entries are limited to 50 characters — keep it short and sweet!
• Entries are public and visible to anyone who visits the profile.
• Only the profile owner can delete entries. Authors cannot edit their entries after posting.

Leaving a Guestbook Entry

To leave a message on someone's profile:

1. Navigate to the user's profile page (e.g., /user/Username).
2. Click the Guestbook tab.
3. Type your message in the input field. A live character counter shows how many characters you have remaining (max 50).
4. Click Send to post your entry.

Managing Your Guestbook

If you are the profile owner, you have full control over the entries on your guestbook:

• View all entries — see every message left by visitors.
• Delete entries — click the trash icon next to any entry to remove it. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Entry authors cannot edit or delete their own entries after posting. If you need an entry removed, contact the profile owner.

Content Guidelines

Keep the guestbook friendly and respectful:

• No harassment, hate speech, or offensive language.
• No spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotions.
• No personal information (phone numbers, addresses, etc.).
• Keep messages relevant and positive.

Violations may result in the entry being deleted by the profile owner or moderated by VoltVerse staff.
