Getting Started
Create your VoltVerse account and join our community in minutes.
1. Sign Up
- Click 'Sign Up' in the top-right corner
- Enter your email address
- Create a strong password
- Accept Terms & Conditions
- Click 'Create Account'
2. Sign In
- Your email is confirmed automatically
- Sign in with your credentials
- No verification step required
Complete Your Profile
Personal Information
- Upload a profile picture
- Add your name and bio
- Set your location
Vehicle Information
- Add your EV details
- Set charging preferences
- Get personalized recommendations

Remember your 6-digit PIN to reset your password if you forget it
Common Issues
To reset your password, you have two options:
Option 1: Reset with PIN (Recommended)
- Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page
- Select the 'Reset with PIN' tab
- Enter your email address and your 6-digit security PIN
- Set a new password immediately — 2FA will also be disabled
Your PIN is set during registration. You can change it anytime under Account Settings → Security PIN.
Option 2: Contact Support
- Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page
- Select the 'Contact Support' tab
- Provide your email and identity verification details
- Choose a 6-digit PIN for retrieving your reset link
- After staff approval, visit the 'Check Reset Status' page with your email and PIN
- Click the reset link to set a new password
If your account is locked or suspended:
- Wait 15 minutes and try again
- Make sure you're using the correct email and password
- If you've tried multiple times, you may need to wait 24 hours
