Reading Reviews

When you open a charging station detail page, you will find a dedicated Reviews section on the right side. Each review displays:

• Star rating — from 1 to 5 stars representing the overall experience.
• Reviewer name — the username of the person who left the review.
• Review text — detailed feedback about the station.
• Date posted — when the review was submitted.

Reviews are ordered by newest first so you always see the most recent feedback.

Writing a Review

To add your own review:

1. Navigate to the charging station you want to review.
2. In the Reviews panel, click Add Review.
3. Select a star rating from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent).
4. Write your feedback in the text box. Be specific about your experience.
5. Click Submit to publish your review.

Editing or Deleting Your Review

If you need to update your feedback:

1. Go to the charging station detail page where you left the review.
2. Find your review in the list.
3. Click the edit icon to change your rating or text.
4. Click the delete icon to remove the review permanently.

Only the original author can edit or delete a review.

Moderation

All reviews are monitored to ensure they follow our community guidelines:

• Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences.
• Hate speech, harassment, or spam is not allowed.
• Off-topic content or advertisements will be removed.

Administrators and moderators may edit or remove reviews that violate these guidelines. If you believe a review is inappropriate, please contact support.
